| I have to share with you this little gem of a scrapbook shop that I found in Cape Coral a few weeks ago (and have traveled to four times since). It’s called Strawberry Fields, and it is the cutest thing you have ever seen. When you walk in, you are immediately greeted by the owner, Pam, who is the sweetest and friendliest of scrapbook store owners. When you look around, you realize you are not in any ordinary scrapbook store. The décor is country primitive which, of course, is near and dear to my heart. So, all of the paper and supplies are not only displayed on the common scrapbook store fixtures, but also in the most unusual cabinets and containers—wooden trunks, antique tubs and muffin pans, etc. Better yet, many of the papers and supplies they carry are not found in any of our local stores. So, if you are looking for something different, this is the place to go. I won’t reveal what companies she carries, because I don’t want to give away her secrets. Just know that it is definitely worth the trip. In fact, if you choose to go, give me a call, because I will probably want to go with you. Check out the pictures below to get a glimpse of the store. |
